Contact forms and e-mail

Whenever you fill in and send a form on one of our websites, or send us an e-mail, the information you send to us as well as its technical characteristics will be saved by us as long as is necessary by the nature of your message or as is reasonable for completely handling or answering your message. Your message may also be saved in our e-mail archive where it will remain for 7 years as a consequence of backup procedures and legal obligations.

Interviews and citations

If you’ve been interviewed for one of our websites or have been cited and after some time you have objections against publication of the text with your name and your name is not relevant to the reader, then we are willing to replace your name by request with a fictitious name (with the statement “the name is by request of the person involved replaced by a fictitious name”).

Due to the many forms of abuse of online communication (for instance form spam and e-mail spam), we cannot guarantee that such a request will reach us.
